Sunning yourself in the city of Melbourne has never been easier, or more current.
These are no ordinary city baths, though. The creators of St Jerome’s – The Hotel will launch The Reunion Island Pool Club, with a leisurely rooftop pool and bar in October. Think palms, plunge pools, recreation activities and bespoke bar and food offerings.
The Reunion Island Pool Club follows the huge success of St. Jerome’s – The Hotel which, after three years and multiple awards closed its doors earlier this year.
“Essentially Reunion Island is an evolved vision of St. Jerome’s – The Hotel. It’s a modern-day pool club with all the nostalgic trimmings of a local public pool.”
Open from October to April, the club will have private function areas and a host of soon-to-be-announced food and bevvie options. Rich and I have already chosen our floatation devices for the launch.
Reunion Island Pool Club will open from 7am – 11pm daily. Melburnians (and out-of-towners) are encouraged to pre-register their interest here.
