An exhibition on international hit TV series Dr Blake is coming to Ballarat

A new exhibition of ABC and BBC series, ‘The Doctor Blake Mysteries’ will run at Sovereign Hill’s Gold Museum in Ballarat from 11 April – 3 September, 2017.

Entirely put together by the show’s production designer Carrie Kennedy, see vintage costumes worn in the show and Dr Blake’s 1937 Coventry Standard ‘Blakemobile’. The exhibition will celebrate the international success of the hit television series, set against a backdrop of Ballarat’s most visited locations.

Presented in conjunction with December Media, the exhbition will show two perspectives; ‘Cast and Crew’  get to see everyone involved in bringing the series to life from production design, costume and cinemtography; and ‘On Location’ a look at the key Ballarat locations featured in the show.
