George Maple’s July Australian Tour

Los Angeles-based Australian singer George Maple plans to return to our shores in July. She recently teased festival crowds with guest appearances at Coachella, O’lympia Paris and Groovin The Moo, and next month Ms Maple will bring her commanding performance, killer style, complete live band and flawless vocal abilities on her biggest national tour yet.

The tour announcement follows her latest single release, Sticks and Horses ft. GoldLink which is instantly likeable (we put it down to general TLCness). The song was co-produced by Maple, alongside long time friends and collaborators Noah Breakfast, WILLIS and What So Not, and was inspired by the singer’s observations of “power, sex, money, and greed” – it was even road tested at a strip club to make sure she was on the right path.

Of her live show Maple teases, “I’m going through a very bold and theatrical phase with my music and everything I’m working on creatively. I’ll be exploring the whole sex money power theme in full effect, I hope to bring the audience into my twisted universe.”

The video was directed by Leticia Dare with edited by Josiah Spencer (Drunk In Love).
