YOSUZI’s Debut A/W 2016 Collection

YOSUZI’s fan base is strong. Think Anna Dello Russo, Poppy Delevingne, Suki Waterhouse, Elina Halimi, Carlotta Oddi, Winona de Jong, and the list goes on. Founded in 2015, the brand’s line of distinctive, luxury straw hats quickly struck the hearts of fair weather adventurers everywhere, and now there is a cool weather fine fur-felt option.

Since its inception, Yosuzi has shared with the world the native myths & cultures of Latin American tribes, with each piece developed alongside the Guajiro tribe of Venezuela. Bold Yosuzi designs have danced across the pages of VOGUE, Vanity Fair, Harpers Bazaar, Grazia, Elle, Conde Nast Traveler, The Telegraph, The Guardian, InStyle, and of course thegarbwire.com – an independent, ad-free style panic room, somewhere in Australia – we openly credit jewellery designer Lucy Folk for our YOSUZI discovery.

This seasonal collection of fur-felt hats are presented as Autumn Winter, yet the campaign defies the season. After all, citizens of the world aren’t concerned with what the season is at home – they’re  always headed elsewhere. Somewhere in our dreams.

The Yosuzi debut Winter 2016 collection  is inspired by a unique blend of artisanal craftsmanship and traditional millinery techniques.

Each fur-felt hat is adorned with hand-woven trimmings made by artisans from Latin American tribes.

Each style is crafted in London using luxury materials and couture sewing techniques.
