Marissa Boisvert and I first connected around two years ago when she posted a call out for artists to appear in a creative project she was leading.
She contacted me recently to propose a guest spot on her podcast, to talk about my career and making it all work around family, peers and passion. It was an incredibly cathartic experience to have her ask about certain aspects of life and family that I hadn’t had the chance to say before, things that are otherwise hidden from view.
