Since the 1970’s, Karakubo’s intent has always been ‘to make clothes that didn’t exist before’ and she has worked tirelessly to redefine fashion, challenge our style logic and traditional forms of covetable outerwear.

Collecting Comme is a free exhibition at Melbourne’s NGV International (Level 3), running from 31 Oct 19 – 26 Jul 20.
